Where home and health connect
Vital Dwell Health
WHO WE ARE
OUR MISSION
We can no longer continue to blame diet, exercise and lifestyle alone for health outcomes. While these matter, the health field has often stopped short of addressing the deeper, structural cause of illness.

Home insecurity is one of them. You can not eat your way out of the stress that comes from wondering if you’ll have a place to live next month; whether by your inability to pay rising property taxes, thus facing tax foreclosure, or by rising rents that have priced you out of the rental market.

If the goal is better health, then housing stability must be a part of the prescription.
About Us
Housing isn’t just about walls and a roof; It is a foundation for health. When people live under constant threat of losing their home, it’s not only their finances that suffer. Chronic stress, anxiety, and depression set in. Blood pressure rises. Immune systems weaken. Children’s focus and school performance drop. Communities once intact, unravel.

HOME SECURITY IS KEY
Home insecurity is a public health crisis. Without stable housing, even the best medical care can’t protect people from the long term toll of constant uncertainty. The result is shorter life spans, higher healthcare costs and communities trapped in cycles of instability.
WE CONNECT THE DOTS
Vital Dwell exists to connect the dots between housing policy and health outcomes. We raise awareness, educate communities, and work with partners to protect residents from the stress and health damage caused by home insecurity.
